Shakhe · ch.saywell.app
Email no-reply@mehro.ch and we'll get back to you. Telling us your iPhone model and iOS version usually saves a round trip.
The coach runs on your iPhone using Apple Intelligence. Check Settings → Apple Intelligence & Siri and make sure it's switched on. On a first run the model may still be downloading — that resolves itself. Shakhe needs iOS 26 or later on an Apple Intelligence–capable iPhone.
Identifying food in a photo is the one thing that can't be done on the phone, so it needs a signal. Describing or speaking what you ate works completely offline.
They're estimates, and we'd rather say so. Portion size judged from a photograph is the least reliable number in any nutrition app — everyone's is roughly 10–25% out. That's why Shakhe shows "medium portion" rather than a falsely precise figure unless it genuinely knows, as it does for a recipe it wrote or a barcode. Correct anything that looks off before you save, and the coach will remember.
Settings → Your details, or tell the coach directly. Allergies and foods you won't eat are treated as absolute. If a week feels too ambitious, say so — Shakhe deliberately makes the next week simpler when you're struggling, not harder.
Just open it. There's no streak to rebuild from scratch and no telling-off — one missed day a week never breaks a streak, and after a longer gap Shakhe offers to rebuild your week from today.
Subscriptions are billed by Apple. Open the App Store → tap your photo → Subscriptions. Restore a purchase on a new device with Settings → Restore purchases in Shakhe.
Enter it on the first screen, or later in Settings → Trainer. It applies your discount when you subscribe. Your trainer never sees your data unless you send them a summary yourself.
Settings → Your data. Export writes everything to readable files; Delete everything removes it permanently from the device. We hold no copy of either.
Tell us what you did, what happened, and what you expected instead. If it's about a specific meal or plan, the date helps. Please don't send screenshots containing anything you'd rather keep private — we don't need them to help.
